Well, I’m already back to writing some more on this blog. I wish I had more time to do so (and create a YouTube video for each article I write), but unfortunately, this article is most likely only going to be for myself until I publicize Charles Creations.

In this blog post, I want to illustrate and simultaneously create a realistic roadmap that could be adopted by any entrepreneur-creator. In this particular case, it will be for Charles Creations, but the objective is for it to be transferable from niche to niche and from person to person. Feel free to use everything you find in this blog post.

Here, take a look:

This is basically my roadmap for the upcoming months. I anticipate changes to occur and chaos to show its faces, but I am ready and flexible in my approach. At the moment, I am at the third stage. I’m just starting to market Search Engine Optimization services and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management & creation. However, being at a certain stage doesn’t mean that I can’t go back to earlier stages. A way to visualize the process is like a snake and board game where you climb up, fall down, learn and go back up continuously.

By expanding on the marketing ethically and professionally point (#3), four marketing strategies come to mind in order to start gaining experience and attract referrals:

  1. Market to family members or friends whom I am close with. This is probably the easiest part for most of us. Usually, they are not the most profitable, but the experience you might gain is priceless (I think at least).
  2. Market to the list that I have built for my Masterminds. With their phone number, name, last name & e-mail, it is easy for me to reach out to each one of them individually, connect and let them know that I am offering new services. I might not necessarily sell websites or my services to them directly, but they might be able to refer me in the future because they have seen me deliver on my past project.
  3. Sell the service to online market-places such as Fiverr & Upwork. There are tons of small enterprises that could benefit from someone working wholeheartedly to deliver results. A lot of companies are looking for SEO & PPC, that’s for sure.
  4.  Lastly, I could do door-to-door sales. Nowadays, almost everybody could benefit from a website, even individuals. This would require me to exert a lot of energy for preparation, however, there’s nothing more direct than this. Also, even if I don’t seal the deal in person, what I could do is make them opt-in to my e-mail list and get them into the loop of Charles Creations.

Importantly, the type of potential clients I am looking to acquire are those who are importantly looking for services such a search engine optimization and PPC, meaning that they want what I have to offer; They are also the type of clients for whom the service is a need. Never, under any circumstances, I will push a sale if I have any doubt that the service is not in the client’s best interest. Keep my word.

Unfortunately, I cannot dedicate much energy to reaching out to new clients before my school semester concludes on May 1st, 2018. I’m excited to continue taking part in creating a better world as soon as school finishes.

More updates are coming soon. Stay tuned.
